School Closure

March 16-May 29, 2020

The Board recognizes that learning in the virtual (distance learning) environment due to the COVID-19 pandemic creates unique situations and challenges for students and teachers. This temporary grading policy is intended to address one of those challenges. For all grade spans, the District shall ensure that grades earned during the duration of District school site closures due to the COVID-19 pandemic will be recorded as credit/no credit, which is a system based on non-letter grades.

Student Work Drop-Off

Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays from 8:30-11:30 AM

Boxes are available outside of the District Office (back door) to drop off student work. Make sure your child's FULL name and GRADE LEVEL is on ALL of their work. Be sure to wear a mask and stand at least 6 feet apart.

Grab 'N Go Lunch Program

Every Tuesday through May 26, 2020

Available to all children every Tuesday from 11:00-1:00 p.m. in the Needles HS parking lot. It is no longer necessary for students to be with parents for pickup. Student work will no longer be distributed nor collected during the Grab 'N Go Lunch Program.
